Thanks to our partnership with NEMC, Collingswood Music offers school band and orchestra instrument rentals for students across South Jersey. Whether you need a clarinet for beginner band, a snare drum kit or trumpet for marching band season, or a violin for the orchestra program, renting is easy and flexible.

You can choose to pick your instrument up at the shop or have it delivered directly to your home for free. Our knowledgeable, friendly staff is here to help you get exactly what your student needs for the school year.

About our rental program

We proudly support students and families from: Collingswood, Cherry Hill, Audubon, Haddon Township, Haddonfield, Westmont, Oaklyn, Pennsauken, and Mount Ephraim — plus neighboring South Jersey towns.

Peak Rental Season (August–September)

Most families secure their instruments as the school year approaches, especially for school band, marching band, and orchestra programs.

August and early September are our busiest months — and popular rentals like clarinets, snare drum kits, trumpets, and violins can go quickly. We recommend renting early to guarantee availability.
